Yesterday (12-9-2011), Professional Regulation Commission Chairperson Teresita Manzala handed over the AIPO Certificate of Accreditation to the Officers of PhilRES-AIPO. This is the final act in the long and arduous process of accreditation of PhilRES as the Accredited and Integrated Professional Organization. Indeed a momentous event for all Real Estate Service Practitioners. Congratulations to all RESPs!
I would like to quote Mr. Enrico Melchor Sevilla, PhilRES Vice-Chairman on how long it took before PhilRES became the AIPO :

The Institute of Philippine Real Estate Service Practitioners (PhilRES) Incorporated which I had the good fortune of being involved in as a founding trustee is now officially recognized by the Professional Regulation Commission as the sole and only Accredited and Integrated Professional Organization (AIPO) for the real estate service as required by Republic Act 9646 (Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines).
Henceforth, all licensed real estate consultants, all licensed real estate appraisers, all licensed real estate brokers, and all accredited real estate salespersons are automatic mandatory members of PhilRES_AIPO.
We are now ALL under One National Mandatory Real Estate Accredited and Integrated Professional Organization.
Congratulations To ALL Licensed Real Estate Service Professionals of the Philippines !!! "
