Many RESPs and PhilRES members want to read the New By-Laws of PhilRES but do not know where to find a copy. Actually there are a lot of uploaded copies of the New By-Laws of PhilRES on many sites on the web. Some are a little bit hard to download especially those with PDF format but most of them you can read online.
