The map was made by Jesuit priest Pedro Murillo Velarde in 1744. It shows the Philippine Islands, including a shoal named Panacot, known today as Panatag or Scarborough.

That would be our strong evidence to China that Panatag Shoal is ours! If China has a common sense, they will not claim Panatag shoal that too far away from their country.
ReplyDeleteHi Apple thanks for your comment. You are right is too far from China and Panatag is not even an island so historically it had no use to the Chinese. Now that the area is said to be rich in oil they are sayings it's their territory. It's really bad that China has become a bully and aggressor to its neighbors now that it is the biggest economy in the world.
