Advisory : Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination

Here is a very important advisory concerning the forthcoming Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam on March 18,2012. This is in regard to educational requirements of persons interested or planning to take the examination but are not graduates of Philippine universities and colleges. In the light of a communication from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) through Atty. Julito D. Vitriolo that it is not inclined to issue an equivalency evaluation for applicant-graduates from foreign colleges and universities for the Real Estate Brokers licensure examination on March 18, 2012, the Commission is constrained not to accept applicant-graduates from abroad.
