Information : PRC Grants 7 Days Non-Extendible Accreditation of Real Estate Salesperson

Here's a good news for the real estate marketing companies and brokers whose real estate sales agents have not yet been accredited and registered with PRC. Please read the details of the categories and requirements for the real estate salespersons included for this accreditation. The accreditation period will be from May 30 to June 7, 2012.

Please be informed that Resolution No. 08, Series of 2012, Granting an Additional and Non-Extendible Period of Seven (7) Working Days for the Accreditation of Real Estate Salespersons with DTI/HLURB Registration or with at least three (3) years of Active Practice is now approved and will take effect from May 30 - June 7, 2012.
Application/accreditation of Salespersons who belong to the abovementioned category will only be accepted on the prescribed period.
Please proceed to 3rd Floor, Assistant Secretary's Office to file your application, together with complete set of requirements.

  1. Starting today May 30, 2012, the PRC will be accepting applications for registration of Salespersons who failed to comply with the 2yrs in college requirement.

    Here are the requirements: 120 units of CEPs; Certification that they have at least three (3) years experience; Passport size ID pictures white background with name plate.
