I just read this affidavit of a certain Mr. Pedro Aguilon which is about a maltreatment complaint against CJ Corona back in 1997. This is already history actually. I don't know if this affidavit is for real but the way it looks, it seems authentic with the name and number of the notary public stamped on it. An 83-year old man complaining against rich and influential people? But afraid to file a case?
How would this affect the impeachment case? I have no idea. The only thing I am concerned about is its implication on the position of the Chief Justice and the Supreme Court. If this is not true, it has besmirch that position and the institution. And on the other hand, if it's true? Our nation is cursed! It's time for divine intervention.
